Club Assembly Evening at the Club Lusitano on 29 Nov 2011

After a very successful District Golf Tournament at Shek O Golf and Country Club last week (on 1st Nov) where we had exclusive use of the Golf Club facilities (there are only 200 members) for the whole day, we move on to our next Club project. This is our Mentoring Project for our Rotary Adopt A School, Chiu Lut Sau Memorial Secondary School in Yuen Long. 11 of our Club Members and 15 friends of the Club have volunteered to mentor 43 Grade 6 students from the school ( 15 year olds) for the rest of the year. We have invited all mentors to be recognised at our Club Assembly evening at the Club Lusitano on the evening of 29th November (6.45pm registration) ; please mark that date in your diary and bring family and friends along for what should prove to be a very enjoyable and fun musical dinner party! PE Michael Janich also plans to do some fund raising that evening.
